The Frank Waters Foundation (FWF) was established as a nonprofit 501c3 corporation
in 1993
(EIN # 86-0723866).

Its primary work is to “Shelter the Creative Spirit” by arranging short term residencies for
artists, musicians, and writers along with hosting workshops, readings, and exhibits.
The Foundation has also published a small number of books.

FWF is supported financially by income generated from the works of Frank Waters
along with donations, workshops and sale of various books and art donated to the
Foundation.
